1. Introduction

Welcome to The Fur Seasons Hotel.
By using our website, booking services, or submitting information, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using our site and booking pet-care services.

2. Services Provided

The Fur Seasons Hotel offers professional pet care, including:

  • Dog boarding and day care

  • Dog-sitting in the home environment

  • Wedding packages

All services are subject to availability and approval based on the individual needs and temperament of each pet.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings can be made directly via email or phone.

  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation.

  • Payments are processed through Zelle, Venmo or Paypal

  • By submitting a booking, you agree that all information provided about your pet is accurate and complete.

If payment is not received within the stated period, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our general cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 72 hours before any service other than Wedding packages: full refund.

  • Within 72 hours of service: partial refund or credit toward a future booking.

  • Wedding services cancelled will forfeit deposit.

  • Wedding services cancelled within 72 hours will forfeit all monies paid.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Pet Health and Behavior Requirements

To ensure the safety of all guests:

  • Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and in good general health.

  • You must disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that appears sick, aggressive, or unsafe to handle.

If your pet becomes ill or injured while in our care, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your emergency contact.
If necessary, we may seek veterinary care at your expense.

6. Owner Responsibilities

By booking with us, you confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner or authorized guardian of the pet(s) in our care.

  • You release The Fur Seasons Hotel and its staff from liability for events outside of our reasonable control (e.g., sudden illness, preexisting conditions, or natural incidents).

  • You will provide accurate and current emergency contact information.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to keep your pet safe and happy, you understand that animals can be unpredictable.
The Fur Seasons Hotel is not liable for:

  • Injuries or illnesses that arise from preexisting conditions or unforeseeable circumstances

  • Damage your pet may cause to property or other animals

  • Minor scrapes or play-related incidents that can occur in supervised group settings

Our goal is always your pet’s safety and comfort.

8. Website Use

You may browse and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute our content without written consent.
