Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service:

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service:
❌ Non-refundable
(You may receive a credit toward a future booking at our discretion.) -
Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
❌ Non-refundable
Wedding Packages
Wedding packages require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

If you cancel for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited.

Any additional payments made beyond the deposit are refundable if canceled more than 72 hours before your event date.

Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the payment processor to return funds to your bank or card.
